London based Irish rockers set to release Miracles on 12th August, their best single yet!
Having formed behind the Guinness factory in Dublin 2019, and moving to London Pre-covid, Hawke The Band, consisting of Richie Power(Vocals, Keyboards), Eoghan MacMahon (Vocals, guitar) and Darragh McCarthy (Drums), have amassed over 101k streams on Spotify across 7 singles and 1 EP, which has seen the band leave a lasting impression on the new indie scene.
The new single, Miracles starts off as a mournful ballad, with the haunting line “Does the future know no happiness” which considering the current cost of living crisis gripping the UK, is a relatable lyric.
However, the song breaks out into this uplifting indie anthem, with soaring guitar riffs and an energetic and captivating tempo that will get up out of your chair and dancing around.
“Cos I believe in miracles it’s just so plain to see”
The middle eight, sees the band bring the tempo down, driven by a pounding drum beat, before exploding back into life with that huge singalong chorus and soaring guitar riffs.
Miracles sees the band release their most upbeat, triumphant and energetic track to date, which will fill dance-floors across the land. It’s one not to be missed and will see the Irish band, head to arenas and beyond.
Miracles is due for release on Friday 12th August and can be pre-saved here.
