Scottish rocknrollers Hazy Sundays set to release double A-side as their single release.

Having formed in August 2022, Glasgow 4-piece Hazy Sundays have wasted no-time in establishing themselves as one of the most exciting rocknroll bands emerging from Scotland.

Hazy Sundays, consist of Shaun Kenny (Vocals and Rhythm guitar), Mark Devlin (Lead Guitar), Ross Mcdonald (Bass) and Pete Cannon (Drums), exploded onto the new music scene at the end of 2022 with two scintillating releases. They built upon that momentum with two more releases at the start of this year plus landing a prestigious support slot with the legend that is Reverend and the Makers on his acoustic tour (Monday 10th July SWG3) and playing The Recovery Connects Festival, Scotland’s first alcohol free festival (Sunday 9th July).

The double A-side is set for release on Friday 7th July and both tracks are full of high energy guitar riffs and hooks, that will get mosh pits moving up and down the country.

Like It To Be is the lead “single” (although it’s strongly recommended you play both!!) and the songs opening reminds me of an early Oasis b-sides. It sounds fresh and exciting and the band really attack the song from get go and it sounds like they are having the time of their lives playing this one. The guitar solos are epic and give the song its energy and drive whilst the poundingdrumming keeps the song rattling along at a thunderous pace.

Had Enough Of It, is relentless from the start, where you are hit with a guitar riff that packs a punch. The song is full of swagger and is driven by the high energy guitar riffs that are full of swagger that will make you stand up and take notice. The blistering guitar solo is euphoric and addictive that will keep you hooked. Lyrically this song is about dreams and ambition, not settling for what you’ve got

On both tracks, Shaun’s vocal is delivered with real passion and leaves you totally captivated and enthralled by the delivery.

Like It Be and Had Enough Of It see Hazy Sundays at the top of their game. Both singles pack a real punch and the guitar solos and hooks are simply breathtaking and are a sound of band that mean business. I’ve been a big supporter of Hazy Sundays and each release so far has been euphoric and addictive.

Hazy Sundays ooze class and their new double A-side has plenty of swagger and gives you a flavour of what they are about. Energetic, rocknroll bangers. It’s time for the big boys of the music industry to stand up and take notice, as the Hazy Sundays are going right to the very top.
