Marseille set to release euphoric indie anthem!
Marseille are back with their euphoric new single, Might As Well Be Mine, which is set for release on Friday 13th May. The song is backed with previous releases “She Knows A Place”and “Forget It All” and will effectively form the basis of a limited edition and debut EP, ‘Marseille 1’, released via ADR Records.
Might As Well Be Mine, is a high speed indie anthem and is what Marseille do best. Featuring catchy lyrics and the bands trademark swaggering, self-confident guitar riffs and melodies (that momentarily transport you back to Britpop), this anthem is just waiting for you to sing-along too and propel the band into the big time.
Marseille frontman and songwriter Will Brownsaid this about the new single:
“This song was written about the life of the rich and famous, who have everything anyone could ever wish for. But sometimes, despite having everything money can buy. Deep down they wish they could go back to the way things once were”.
With anthems like Might As Well Be Mine in their catalogue and lots more to come across 2022, Marseille are proving themselves to be one of the most exciting bands about and are what the world is waiting for!
