Earlstown band The Ks played a electrifying live “streamed” gig at Edge Studios, were fans of the band could choose how much they wanted to pay for the gig, with some of the proceeds being shared with touring crew members affected by the pandemic
Fans were treated to a 40 minute set, featuring plenty of fans favourites including TV, Glass Towns, Hoping Maybe, Sarajevo, Aurora, as well as a couple of new tunes. Relying on you and Chancer were my personal favourites.
Despite having limited opportunity to perform, apart from a one-off stream at the height of the pandemic, the bands enthusiasm and tightness remains, including “in-band banter”.
Special note to Ryan’s outstanding guitar parts: he is a master of his craft.
