Watermark -Twice Before Review

Twice Before is the second release from Wolverhampton band Watermark, which will feature on their forthcoming EP Hickman Avenue.

Starting off with guitar finger picking (why don’t more artists do this?) the song kicks into life with a drum skittle, guitar riff and another great vocal delivery, gives the song a real Britpop vibe.

The song is quite reflective and honest about past mistakes and as the lyrics say being able to

“go back in time, to track the moment were I crossed the line, I wish I could change it all”

In the build up to the final verse and chorus, there is a fantastic and wonderfully crafted guitar solo, which are fast becoming a trademark of the band.

Twice Before is another great song from Watermark and whilst they continue to release music like this, they are well on track to realise their ambition of being one of the best bands in 2021 and beyond.

Twice Before is released on Saturday 6th March and is the the second song from their forthcoming EP, Hickman Avenue, which will see the band release a song a month, with the last release planned for 1st May.

The band can be followed across a multitude of social media platforms @watermark_uk
