Leicester four piece, BILLOBUCKERS are back with their explosive newsingle Life For Me on Friday 17th November.
The band comprises Billy Buckler (vocals and guitar), Callum Martin (Bass and backing vocals), Alistair Tomlinson (Lead Guitar) and George Blay (Drums)
2023 has been a big breakout year for BILLOBUCKERS, with the release of three singles (prior to this one), that are approaching 13k Spotify streams and have organically built up their fan base through their energetic live sets and are quickly becoming one of the most talked about and hotly tipped bands on the new music scene.
Life For Me is an upbeat and energetic head-tapper, that is full of glorious uplifting melodies.
With the bands previous singles telling tales of nights out, Life For Me is full of relatable lyrics about coming to terms with hangovers and the associated flashbacks and horrors the following morning.
The chorus is direct and to point about the regret of a big night on the town and is one that is sure to be sung back by gig goers when it’s played live “Something just screams that this ain’t a life for me”

Life For Me is a classic indie anthem and showcases the self-confidence that the band have. They aren’t afraid to mix up their sound and not be pigeon holed as another indie guitar band.
