Having crashed their way onto the indie scene with the release of their debut single When I Need You Most, in July, to widespread acclaim, indie 4 piece The Ritz, are set to release their anthemic new single Give Me A Sign on Friday 27th October.
Forming in February 2023, The Ritz are Robbie Joyce (Rhythm guitar and vocals), Seb Cook-Abbott (bass), Riley Gillard (Drums) and Finley Armitage (Lead Guitar), and will be a band that climb the indie scene ladder very quickly.
Give Me Sign is a fantastic track and delivers on all fronts. The opening punchy guitar riff combined with the pounding drums and rumbling bass lines hits you like a runaway train and is impossible to ignore.
It’s a fantastic anthem with a scorching chorus and melodies galore and a relentless pace from start to finish. The guitar riffs are sizzling and Robbie’s melodic vocal is delivered with plenty of passion.
Give Me A Sign is a huge sign of intent from The Ritz: it’s one of the most energetic displays of rocknroll that you are likely to have heard this year. Remember the name, as The Ritz are set a band ready to rise up the indie ranks and be one of the most exciting emerging bands in 2024.
