The Resolve are a 5 piece indie rocknroll band from Kent and are set to release their 5th single Never Wanna Let Go on Friday 14th July.
Forming in 2019, The Resolve consist of James Cox (Drums); Chris Regan (Bass guitar); Matt Kemp (Rhythm guitar); Simon Hawkins (Lead guitar/backing vocals) and Tom Wiltshire (Vocals). Initially starting off as a covers band, the 5-piece built a local and loyal following as word got around about their live shows.
Since late 2022, The Resolve have been releasing their own original music, with each release, increasing the bands following and streams. In addition, they have signed to 5050 Global Muzik Incorp, part of the Sony Music Group.
Never Wanna Let Go, is an anthemic love song that is set to be a huge hit with existing fans and new ones alike.
The song starts of with sweeping vocal harmonies and a jangly guitar line and a 60s drum beat fill, giving the song a coolness and swagger.
The chorus is uplifting and allows the vocals to really soar and shine and is backed with the bands trademark melodic guitar playing.
The song builds to a spine tingling crescendo that ensures the songs chorus sticks in your head and will ensure you are singing along at the top of your voice.
Never Wanna Let Go is anthemtic, upbeat and catchy. 2023 is proving to be a big breakthrough year for The Resolve and they have the songs to become one of the UK’s most sought after indie bands.
