The Resolve are a 5 piece indie rocknroll band from Kent and are set to release their 4th single Inside which builds upon the momentum built up on Feelings which was released 9 weeks ago.
Since Feelings was released, the band shared the highly exciting news that they had signed to 5050 Global Muzik Incorp, part of the Sony Music Group.
The Resolve formed in 2019, and consist of James Cox (Drums); Chris Regan (Bass guitar); Matt Kemp (Rhythm guitar); Simon Hawkins (Lead guitar/backing vocals) and Tom Wiltshire (Vocals), initially playing covers from the 60s, 90s and the 00s, quickly building up a loyal following as word got around about their live shows.
Fast forward to 2022 and The Resolve, started writing and recording their own songs, with the first release as the double A-Side Satisfy/So You Say, before Freedoms was released earlier this year that saw the band make a real statement of intent.
Straight away on Inside you are hit with a-stunning and soaring guitar riff, before big pounding drums join in, driving the song along to Tom’s magnificent and powerful vocal.
Inside is a guitar driven indie anthem, full of the swagger of the 90s, sprinkled with The Resolves own stamp and undeniable class.
The track is packed with high energy guitar riffs and hooks, pounding drums and rumbling bass lines that are rounded off with the aforementioned powerful vocal that is the focal point of the band.
The guitar riffs are electrifying and really addictive that will be stuck in your head and the “dah, dah, dahs” are extremely catchy are provide a great opportunity for crowd participation when played live.
With the release of Inside, The Resolve have delivered a highly addictive and euphoric track that’s full of swagger. It’s their best single they’ve released to date and will ensure that more people stand and up take notice of a band that have well and truly laid the foundations for a big 2023.
