Ryan Redwood is an up and coming solo artist based in Lowestoft who draws inspiration from the likes of Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Blossoms and Courteeners.

Having being the former frontman of British Rejects (2014-2016) and The Only Route (2017-2019), Ryan launched his solo career in 2020 and has released 4 singles since, including the genre-bending All Said and Done and launched his own festival FalconFest which raised over £2,500 for a local hospital.

The new single Once Again is due for release on Friday 24th February and sees Redwood return to his indie roots and kick off 2023 with a real bang.

Musically Once Again is really upbeat, packed with catchy guitar hooks that are sublime and driven by a heavy bass line that will have you nodding your head and tapping your feet in unison before pressing repeat again and again.

Ryan’s vocal is really strong, delivered with a real confidence and combines relatable lyrics, centring around small-town life, relationships and change, and it’s catchy chorus lyrics:

“Fall back when you need a friend, the backlash won’t always be bad, run away and help me start again.”

Once Again is an outstanding single with a strong vocal delivery from a hugely exciting solo artist who continues to explore different musical styles. Remember the name as Ryan Redwood is going to be a star in the future.

Once Again is due for release on Friday 24th February and can be pre-saved here.
