What a great year 2022 was for music. I did release my Top 10 albums of 2022, prior to the year ending, but instead of blogging about it I just did a post on social media. But I guess it makes sense to have it all in one place! These choices aren’t in any order, hopefully you will like my choices and discover something new.
Columbia – Embrace The Chaos
The best band to come out of Wales since Stereophonics, was how I introduced Columbia on the ThisIsTheMusic meets podcast. The band have gone from strength to strength since and released an album that will restore your faith back in rocknroll! It’s full of epic guitar riffs and passion. The Shed Project – The Curious Mind of A Common Man
The Shed Project really rose to prominence in 2022, which culminated with the release of their excellent debut album “The Curious Mind Of A Common Man”, which is filled full of rousing swaggering guitar riffs, full of highs and relatable lyrics. The Heavy North – Electric Soul Machine
