Hot on the heels of the superb single “She’s A Stunner” (over 18k streams on Spotify) rising British solo star Lissy Taylor returns with her 3rd single of 2022 in Healer, this Friday (26th August).
Hailing from Stoke-on Trent, Lissy moved to the USA, where she began songwriting and performing. Returning to Manchester, in 2017 to study at the British and Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM), she graduated with a first-class honours degree in Songwriting in 2020.
Her new single, Healer is the third of four planned releases for 2022 and it’s another top notch track that will spark plenty of emotions and relatable lyrics.
Full of crashing drums and driving bass lines, which lead to a chorus that speaks to the soul, Lissy’s powerful and emotive vocal captures the songs theme of selfless love and devotion and how loved ones pull together through thick and thin but also the strain that puts on relationships, perfectly.

When speaking to Lissy about the new track she said

Having wowed gig goers with her performances at several prestigious festivals including Into The Wild and Y Not and a support slot with Stanleys, the continued rise of Lissy Taylor is inventible.
