The Public Eye are back with their 3rd single in as many months and what a superb single it is.

Adelaine is powerful and energetic and is another sign that The Public Eye know how to write upbeat and catchy indie anthems.

Starting off with a rumbling bassline, the song bursts into life with a great guitar hook that will have you instantly toe-taping along.

The chorus is a masterclass in anthemic and soaring songwriting, bursting with emotion and feelings of being around someone who drives you insane: lyrics that will be relatable to many.

“Watch her as she goes, she’s driving me insane, you’re lips taste so fine, but I can’t say her name, every time she cries, my head explodes in flames, squinting on my heart, her name is Adelaine”

Without a shadow of a doubt, these are exciting times for The Public Eye and Adelaine sees the band blow the doors off of the new music scenes hinges and show exactly why they are going to be a force to be reckoned with!

Adelaine is released on Saturday 23rd April and will be available to stream on Spotify.

The Public Eye are set to play at this years YNot Festival, which will be held on 29th -31st July. Ticket info here.
