The Shed Project release riff filled anthem.

Bolton‘s finest indie rocknroll band The Shed Project return with the lead single from their forth debut album The Curious Mind of a Common Man.

Having had a brilliant 2021, which saw them release 4 singles, including One Shot, which was used by boxer Jack Cullen as his walk on music, plenty of radio play (including the ThisIsTheMusic “Rise of the Indie Artist show”) and selling out several headline gigs in Bolton, 2022 is set to be even bigger and better.

The new single, Friend, is full of rousing guitar riffs and pulsating beats that will ensure you are instantly captivated and blown away. There’s a real Stone Roses vibe about this track, which really hits home with the soaring guitar riffs in the middle 8 and outro, in particular.

“Know your name, Play the game, Driving my mind so insane”

The song is loosely based on two friends and despite “being let down time and time again” by the friend, the one being let down will “love them to the end”. A great message about loyalty and friendship.

As Friend has been pencilled in as the last track on the album, its a great way to finish it off and well and truly cements The Shed Project’s status as one of the best bands on the new music scene.

Friend is out now on Bandcamp and will be available on all streaming and download platforms from Friday 1st April.

The Bolton bands  debut album, The Curious Mind of a Common Man is due for release on Friday 29th April and can be pre-saved here
