Derby band The Mease set to release double A-Side for the true indie fan!
Just a few short weeks after releasing their first single of 2022 A Different Kind of Heartbreak, The Mease have wasted no time in building upon that momentum, with the release of a double A-side.
This Town is a rip roaring rocknroll meets garage rock banger, driven by a hypnotic guitar hook, soaring guitar solos and rumbling bass line. It’s a sound that no one else has even attempted yet feels like an an instant classic.
(Black & White) Shades of Blue, is a psychedelic 90s trip, with the shimmering atmospherics of the shoegazer aesthetic. The track is driven by a hypnotic guitar hook, before the outro explodes into a full on jam that leaves you totally spell bound and gives you early The Verve vibes.

The two tunes go hand in hand, recorded on the same day at a new studio for us.
