Anglesey solo star releases new single Better of You.
At just 17 years of age, Megan Wyn has firmly put her stamp on the music scene.
Having released her first single Polaroid in January 2021 (which has amassed over 20k streams in Spotify), she crammed in several festivals (including the iconic River Stage at The Isle of Wight Festival) and gigs, including her debut headline gig in her hometown in association with This Feeling, across the country to rave reviews.
Her new single Better of You is fantastic with a catchy melody, great guitar playing and her powerful voice, which handles low and high notes with ease (Megan has taken Opera vocal lessons and stared in an award winning junior Welsh Choir).
Based on her own experiences after falling for someone who isn’t very good for you, the heartfelt lyrics will be relatable to many. Her passionate delivery really comes to the fore on this track and you can feel the raw emotion in her voice.
Megan says of the new single “I wanted to capture the true emotions that come with falling for someone who isn’t very good for you, leading you to self doubt and over-think whilst portraying that falling for someone toxic is very bittersweet. I wrote the song after experiencing a similar situation”.

Better of You re-confirms what we at ThisIsTheMusic have been saving for several months, remember the name as Megan Wyn is a superstar in the making.
Better of You is released on Friday 25th February and can be pre-saved here.
