3-piece indie band Revivalry return with stomping new single.
With 5 songs released Revivalry, were one of the undoubted rising stars of 2021 and gained widespread recognition on both sides of the pond.
Comprising Connie Miles (lead vocals and bass guitar), Ben Townsend (lead guitar and vocals), and Lewis Hubbert (drums), the band are gearing up for an even bigger and better 2022. As well as having plans in place for more single releases, the band are also set to play at this years Kendall Calling. A remarkable rise for a band who are aged between 14-17!
So what about the new single? Pieces is a song about feeling a love so strong it hurts. It‘s an instant toe-tapper and sees the band deliver a mid-tempo rocker, which showcases the bands ever-growing confidence and maturity. You are instantly drawn to Connie’s vocal, which is stunning and heartfelt and shows off her range. I’m already looking forward to the next single to see where her vocal goes next! The guitars on Pieces, are majestic and mixed with the rumbling bass-line give the song a stomping rock vibe. The drums on this track are probably my favourite on a Revivalry record as they truly drive this song along and feature plenty of tempo changes that will have you “air drumming” along with.
Revivalry continue to impress with each song they release and Pieces will bring the group greater recognition and confirm the bands reputation as one of the most exciting bands around.
