Scottish indie band, Beafets, release new tune “Falling Knives”.
With 2021 proving to be Glasgow band Beafetsmost successful to date (over 37k streams on Spotify), they start off 2022 with their best single yet.
Falling Knives is beautifully composed, full of great guitar hooks and a message to inspire people to see the best in a bad situation. Whilst the lyrical content of the verses are quite heavy, the chorus counters with a positive message. In these covid times, this is a poignant message.
“Don’t waste a crisis, it’s not always like this”
The vocal is powerful and infectious and grabs your attention immediately, but particularly in the opening line of the chorus that will surely be sung back to the band as live music continues to return.
Beafets have released a song that even at this early stage of 2022, will be in the mix for song of the year. It’s got great production, easily relatable, a catchy melody and great guitar hooks. Based on Falling Knives, 2022 is set to be a great year for Beafets.

Falling Knives is released on Friday 14th January and can be pre-saved/ordered here.
The 4 piece are set to play their first gig of 2022 on Saturday 26th February at The Note in Glasgow. Ticket details here.
