Hertfordshire 5 piece, Maystones release new EP Return From Tomorrow
The three track EP, is full of big songs and perfectly illustrates why the band are targeting filling the void that currently exists at the top of the British indie rock scene.
Across each of the tracks the bands love of Oasis, The Verve, Arctic Monkeys and more are there for all to see. However, don’t be fooled into thinking the band are just another copy cat. This EP firmly confirms that the band are here to stay and have created their own unmistakable rock sound.
With Every Heart It’s You is a colossal rock song full of epic guitar riffs and is a great start to the EP. This song sees the band make a big statement and the confidence they have in filling the void in the British rock scene.
For Tomorrow was given it’s first radio play on ThisIsTheMusic Rise of the Indie Artist show on Away Day Radio. This track is full of colossal drumming, powerful vocals and guitar riffs that will live long in the memory. It‘s a real stomper of a track
C’est La Vie is the bands lighters in the air moment. A ballad, that lyrical sees the band in reflective mode, theirs a great guitar solo in the outro and showcases the craftsmanship the exists within the band.
The Hertfordshire 5 piece are definitely a band to get excited about and this EP goes a long in cementing their credentials of filling the void in the UK rock scene.
Return From Tomorrow is released on Sunday 28th November and will be available to download and stream from all of the usual platforms.
