The Venue in Westcliff -on-sea, hosted a great night of music, featuring 3 of the finest bands in the Essex/East London region.
Kicking off the night was The Lucettas a dreamy rocknroll band, capturing the spirit of Britpop. They played a fantastic set, including their new and currently unreleased song In Everything, whichwill bring the band an army of new fans. Shout out to the bands lead guitarist. He was on fire and made it look effortles.
Next up was San Quentin who played an electric set to an expectant crowd. The 5-piece who have just signed to legendary record label Golden Robot Records, played debut single Laughter on You, upcoming single Step off (great bass and thunderous drumming) and a cover of Twice by Catfish and The Bottlemen.
Headliners The Blams played a blinding set, that in the words of frontman Sonny ”everyone was blaming along”. Featuring the bands 3 singles to date, including Never Knew and a cover of Hit Me Baby One More Time, the crowd were treated to a great set, which was reciprocated with plenty of moshing!!
