Jay Tennant is set to release his brand new single Poker Polka on Friday 27th August and it’s a indie pop banger that is set to go down down a storm with his rapidly expanding fan base.

Opening with Nile Rogers funk inspired guitar playing, Poker Polka is an upbeat feel good track that will have you up and dancing along within seconds of hearing the opening guitar chords. 

“Yeah follow me down to the dance floor, I think you know there‘s an ace in your hand”

Although Poker Polka represents a change of direction in tempo and sound, Jay‘s craftmaship of writing catchy tunes, memorable lyrics and brilliant melodies is very much in evidence and, as Jay sings “follow me down to the dance floor” I think there will be lots of people doing exactly that!

Jay is busy writing and recording the finishing touches to his 3rd solo album which is due for release over the coming months and has  announced 3 huge gigs supporting Shader; Crimson Bloom and The Institutes.
