The Blams are a 3 piece indie post punk band from East London, who having went to college together and formed during lockdown and, after months of rehearsals, recording and writing songs are set their release their debut single Never Know. 

Never Knew is an outstanding debut single has a garage rock meets the blues vibe and it’s a real toe-tapper full of energy that will go down a storm live and will have fans of the band singing along.  

Sonny, the bands guitarist and lead singer, wrote this song about wanting a relationship to work even though the other person isn’t invested or good for you.

The song has a great tempo and throughout the song we get an introduction to each band member; we hear big thundering drums, bass and guitar riffs that rumble along, which give the song its rock sound and even a bass solo!

“You Got What You Want From Me, So Slide on Through”

The song turn the pace down, which starts off with a bass solo, accompanied by the snare drum and vocals, before exploding intoxicated crescendo of that memorable guitar riff and chorus that climaxes with the band all playing one final note which sounds mega.
