Mondo Trasho are a 4 piece band hailing from Liverpool and are set to release their latest EP Pure Trash on June 4th.
It is a fantastic EP and each song will go down our storm when live gigs return in the very near future.
The first song on the EP is Gotta Hold On Me, andmakes a real statement by the band. It’s a fast paced garage rock track that will have you toe- tapping along, before you start dancing around without a care in the world. The song is full of electrifying guitar riffs and an organ, which gives the song a 60s vibe.
Wolves At The Door is a mid-tempo dark rocker, with haunting organ played over the top of the hypnotic guitar riff. It has similarities in sound to Temples and would fit perfectly on that bands debut album.
Tear It Up does exactly that. It is an out and out rocknroll stomper, full of swagger and energy. This is another song that will go down a storm with crowds at live gigs.
Pure Trash is a brilliant EP, embracing the sounds of 60s garage rock with a modern twist and will be their most played EP to date. The EP is a must listen.
