Emily 7 are set to release their brand new single Somebody on Friday 4th June.Somebody is a fast paced indie rock anthem, with great guitar riffs and punky sounding drums. There is a real swagger to Something and showcases a band full of confidence and at the top of their game. 

Emily 7 remind me of fellow countrymen The Strypes and early era Oasis (I’m thinkingHeadshrinker) due to its full on powerful and energetic sound; its easy to see why this song has been a fan’s favourite at live gigs

The lyrics are full of positivity and about being young and living life to the max.

“I don’t know what I’ve been told, don’t slow down, don’t grow old”

The band, formed in 2017 and consist of two brothers and two friends and have gone from strength to strength on the Irish music scene.
