The Secret Faces are a four-piece rock n roll band hailing from the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales and have just released their brand new single The Madman, The Poet .

The Madman The Poet, is a classic rock sounding song and starts off with a real atmospheric and classic guitar hook, before we get our first listen of an amazing vocal delivery from songwriter, Wayne Morgan.  The song features a groovy rhythm section and is bursting at the seams with guitar riffs. 

The lyrics are brilliant on this song and tell the story of a man, who is trying to work out where he is at that moment in his life and in what direction his life is going in. 

“What Have We Done, What Are We Doing Here?”

 This is a great rock song and is the first of several single releases, that were due to feature on an upcoming album, which COVID has unfortunately put those plans on hold.

The band have also been in rehearsals ahead of some gigs and will be playing at Lakefest in August.
