‘Not Because of You’ is the latest release from The Light Show and from the opening chord to the last, it’s fast and energetic and hits you like an express train at 100mph. and it’s exactly how punk rock should be.
Lasting just over over two minutes, the song is exactly how punk rock should be; a catchy guitar riff, the vocalist sings with passion and fury that is full of emotion.
The song is an absolute banger and when lockdown is over, I can visualise them playing ‘Not Because of You’ to a sold out sweaty pub in Camden Town (maybe Leeds too), with the volume turned up to the max.
Can’t wait to see what The Light Show have got in store for us next year!
