Recorded as part of the sessions for debut album ‘Tides of Time’ (if you haven’t checked that out then go and give it a listen), The Mariners have released a free to download song, ‘She’s So Fine’.
As soon as the song starts it has real similarities with The La’s ‘Doldrums’. However, unlike that classic track, ‘She’s So Fine’ is a real love song and very uplifting. The guitar riff played throughout the verses gets into your head and wouldn’t have been out of place on a songs recorded by The Small Faces.
‘She’s So Fine’ really showcases the bands ability to write brilliant catchy indie pop songs.
